Oright: Track and Trace Milk Supply Chain
Oright is a free Android application developed by Qboid Iotech in the category of Business & Productivity. This app allows users to track the supply chain of milk from producers to end consumers. With different modules for farmers, collection center users, dairy users, and end consumers, Oright provides comprehensive functionality for monitoring and managing the milk supply chain.
For farmers, Oright enables tracking of daily milk supply to the dairy. It also provides tranche details for the amount due and the option to receive money for each tranche.
Collection center users can track the milk supplied by all registered farmers. They can conduct real-time testing of farmer's milk using e-DPU and send receipts to farmers via SMS or notifications. The app also allows collection center users to view daily volume, FAT/SNF (fat and solid-not-fat), and total volume for the collection center. They can also identify farmers whose milk has adulterants and pay money to the farmers.
Dairy users can track the milk supplied by farmers registered with all the collection centers. They can view details of each collection center and drill down to the farmer level to access individual farmer details. Dairy users can also analyze volume, FAT/SNF, and milk adulterations on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis using graphs.
End consumers can view the daily nutritional value of the milk delivered and also track the provenance (track and trace) of the milk journey from farm to fork.
Oright requires certain permissions from the user, including SMS permission for sending SOS messages to the dairy in case of an emergency, location permission for in-app navigation, camera permission for scanning QR codes, storage permission for saving PDFs and personal data, and Bluetooth permission for connecting to a Bluetooth printer. These permissions are only used after obtaining the user's confirmation.
